The festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, rain or shine. We're thrilled to have you join us for this collaborative community event.
Vendor check-in will be open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic promptly at 9:00 AM.
Each vendor is permitted to have only one car for check-in. Please coordinate with your staff to meet outside the designated area.
Vendors should drive down Marvin Street to check-in. The check-in area will be located in the middle of the parking lot, which is situated between Brewster Library and Studio Around the Corner.
When you arrive at the check-in tables, you will receive your booth assignment, a layout map of Main Street, and a contact phone number to use during the event in case of any questions or concerns.
After you get your booth assignment, please unload your vehicle and park it at the train station parking lots or designated safe areas. Please make sure that you don't block any driveways during this process.
Just so you know, the Brewster Police Department requires all vehicles to be removed from Main Street by 9:00 AM.
There will be plenty of volunteers including Brewster Rotarians, Brewster High School Volunteers and members of the Brewster Interact club to assist with setting up.
Vendors are kindly requeste not to dismantle their booths until the end of the event.
